3.1 Phillip Lim for Target

I can't really explain how excited I am to go to Target at 8 am tomorrow for this collection. In fact, I already having inklings of what I'm going to buy. Phillip Lim's extremely refined designs are a true love of mine, and now I'm delighted by the price as well. (Hint hint: pretty sure I'm going to have a new little yellow bag tomorrow.)

totally farmed

(Free People hat, American Apparel shirt, Urban Outfitters overalls, Zara sandals, bag from the Huntington Library gift shop)

I'm soooooooo digging the overall trend. I want to buy every pair of overalls I see nowadays. My closet now contains one overall dress and these beautiful marble short-alls, and I'm looking to acquire more when I have time to go thrifting again. Yes, these are very much like a romper, but to me, they're better. These particular overalls have this rainbow marble print and are especially soft. I really like wearing overalls with either short-sleeve shirts like this or turtlenecks (in need of more of those for winter as well).

I have to mention these white Zara sandals, too. I ordered them online on sale for $20 and they're the best sandals I own. Super light, super white, and super fly (forgive me please).

very late august favies

(Essie nail polish, Neutrogena face wash, phone case from Amazon.com, J-Lo for Kohl's sunglasses, hat from Target, left ring from an arts fair in Anacortes, Washington, right ring from Black Market Clothing Boutique in Bellingham, Washington)

I apologize for ignoring my responsibilities as a blogger for the past two weeks. I hope these favorites make up for it!

I've been wearing this nail polish non-stop because I'm in the process of transitioning to fall (even though it's still 100 degrees everyday here). I love how the color is dark but has a subtle purple.

This new face wash I picked up has been working very well and is especially compatible with my nose piercing. I wanted something that wouldn't irritate the piercing but would still do the job as a cleanser, and this has done just that!

When Tim and I visited Disneyland, I was very bummed that there were no Winnie-the-Pooh cases around, so as soon as I got home, I went and found this on Amazon for $4! Not only is it squishy and adorable, but is also extremely protective. My phone simply bounces off the ground whenever I drop it.

Personally, I never thought I would find a cute pair of sunglasses at Kohl's, or at least not a pair of cute one's that I would actually wear. But I've been so thrilled with these that I've worn them almost every day.

The picture of my new hat is really a bit repulsive (I blame the dog) but it's still an incredibly cute hat that I got for an amazing price. It will be perfect for winter.

Lastly, I found my third eye. And I wish the clock on the other ring actually ticked.
