july favies

I'm going to start posting my beauty/basic/everything favorites for the previous month on the third of each new month! For July, I'll start with my Otis Summer of Art program. I did a fashion design program at Otis college of Art and Design and it was absolutely superb. It was three days a week for four weeks with a different subject of fashion design each day. One day was Fashion Design and Illustration, one day was Apparel Construction, and one day was Fashion Model Drawing. All three classes were wonderful and I was able to design and construct some wonderful things. I made some amazing friends and had wonderful teachers, and the program really made me want to look into Otis for some sort of college experience.
Second is this Clinique "Even Better Eyes" dark circle corrector that I recently got at Sephora. I was looking into some sort of dark circle corrector after seeing the beautiful Jenn Im of Clothesencounters use one in a video. It worked superbly, so I actually was trying to find the same one she used when I stumbled upon this one. I've always been a big fan of Clinique products, and this one has been working very well.
Third is a Cream Shave from Trader Joes that has a honey mango scent. It smells heavenly and is very gentle on the skin. It really made me want to look into more of their beauty products! It doesn't foam up and isn't as thick as shaving cream from the drugstore, but I truly think it works better.
Fourth, I've been truly in love with my Sully iPhone 5 case that I bought on a Disneyland trip. I don't have much to say about this one because I basically only bought it for Sully. After using it for awhile, I've been liking it overall because it covers the sides of the phone completely, something I always appreciate in a case. It also has soft sides but a hard back, making it unique and protective. The only problem I'm having is that since the sides are plain white, they've been getting dirty fairly easily.
Lastly are my two pairs of Uniqlo shorts that Tim brought back from Japan. They're comfortable, have beautiful prints, and can be dressed up or down. I could probably event wear them to bed. Anything super cute and super comfy gets an A in my book.
